Pitching to a Studio

I worked on developing a pitch for director/writer Alma Har'el (Honeyboy, Bombay Beach), to develop the graphic novel Better Place  by Duane Murray and Shawn Daley into a film. This was my project for the class Pitching and Persuasion with Professor Laverne McKinnon. The process involved writing several iterations, conducting research on the audience for the pitch, identifying a target market for the story, finding out the "Why Here, Why Now"/ PCAN, and perfecting my pitch style.
