Refuel Monitoring System
For Daimler Commercial Vehicles Ltd.'s Vigyaan 2019 Hackathon, I pitched a Refuel Monitoring System to monitor dispensed volume during refueling. This information would then be immediately transmitted to the vehicle owner over Wi-Fi, so that as soon as the vehicle was refueled, the car owner would get a notification about how much fuel had been put in. This was a solution to help control short delivery at fuel stations, by pump attendants and by vehicle drivers, and was very useful for Fleet owners. I also presented a simple and economical working prototype to explain my idea. I was awarded the first prize of Rs. 1,00,000.
